Pet of the Week

A small story. A very big personality.

Dogs who carry their favorite toy everywhere. Cats with a preferred sunny window. Birds, rabbits, reptiles and other companions with a story of their own. We would like to meet the pets who make your everyday life richer.

Submit an original photograph link, a photographer credit and a short story. Adults may submit material they own or are authorized to license for the magazine and newsletter. Avoid identifiable children, private addresses and veterinary records. Tell us what your pet enjoys; never put an animal in an uncomfortable pose for a photograph.

The publisher reviews permission and accuracy before selecting a weekly feature. A submission does not guarantee publication. Previously selected stories appear in the archive below.
